Parts & Dispatch Manager
Full Time Job Opening
Requirements:
Communicate with customer in a
professional manner to schedule service calls. Dispatch
information necessary to complete a service call to a
technicians in designated areas.
Close and input data into service database.
Inputs information to maintain technicians car stock.
Perform periodic audits on technicians.
Generate purchase orders for all parts inventory confirming
pricing on all orders.
Maintains positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and
internal and external customers.
Maintains contact with suppliers for authorizations on returned
merchandise due to warranty issues for damaged parts, parts not
ordered and wrong items received. Ensures return authorization
is received and that credit is given when necessary.
Follows up on missing shipments of parts.
Conducts physical inventory annually.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Type and process all repair estimates for customers.
Receive proper authorization from customers for more expensive
repairs.
Must have a valid drivers license, prior warehouse or inventory
experience, positive attitude and be a team player.
Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
